Common questions
Does this connect to Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or other platforms?
No — you paste seller messages into the app manually, and copy AI-drafted replies out to send through the marketplace yourself. We don't integrate with marketplace APIs because most don't offer them, and the workflow stays simple and reliable this way.
Which trading card games are supported?
Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and Flesh and Blood at launch. Your plan determines how many you can use at once — Starter unlocks one, Pro unlocks three, Business unlocks all current and future games.
How does the AI know what to offer?
You configure per-game buying rules — floor price, max price, bulk rate per thousand cards, first-offer aggression, walk-away triggers, and message tone. The AI works strictly within those guardrails. You're always in control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no retention friction.
What happens if I don't reply fast enough — does the AI send messages on its own?
No. The AI drafts; you approve. Every message is reviewed by you before you copy it out and send it on the marketplace. The AI never sends anything autonomously.
How does it handle bulk versus sorted cards?
The AI classifies every lead — true unsorted bulk, sorted bulk, collection disguised as bulk, low-value mixed lot — and adjusts the offer logic accordingly. It also flags risk signals like vague descriptions, poor storage, or pricing red flags.
Is my deal history private?
Yes. Every user's leads, sellers, messages, and analytics are isolated. We don't pool data across users and we don't share seller information between accounts.
What if I want to negotiate differently for different games?
That's the default. Buying rules are configured per game, so Magic and Pokémon can have completely different floor/max/aggression settings. The AI applies whichever set matches the lead's game.
